At Jizhuni, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, we are here to help. Below is our refund, exchange, and damaged/defective goods policy.

1. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
✅ You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags).
❌ Final sale items (marked "non-refundable") are not refundable.

Refund Process
Please contact us at service@jizhuni.com and provide the following information:

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos of the item (if any)

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges?
✅ Yes! We offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of shipment if you would like a different size, color, or style.

How to request an exchange
Please email service@jizhuni.com with the following information:

Your order number

The item you would like to exchange

The item you would like to replace (subject to availability)

We will provide a prepaid return label (for exchanges of the same order amount).

Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item within 3-5 business days.

Note: If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received for your order is damaged, defective, or contains incorrect information:

Please contact us at service@jizhuni.com within 48 hours of receipt with the following information:

Order Number

Photos/Videos of the problem

We will:

Replace the item free of charge (if applicable), or

Refund the full amount including shipping costs.

Damaged items do not need to be returned - we may ask you to recycle or donate them.

4. FAQ

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Refunds will be available within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Q: Can I exchange an item that is older than 14 days?

A: Unfortunately, no - exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: For exchanges and damaged items, we pay for return shipping. For refunds, the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Q: What if my exchanged item is out of stock?
A: We will provide a refund or store credit.
